In today’s rapidly changing business environment, organizations need to be resilient to survive and thrive. This Corporate Resilience Training for Managers and Organizations course is designed to equip managers, executives, and leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to build and maintain resilience within their organization.

The course will begin with an introduction to the concept of resilience, its benefits, and its role in organizational success. Participants will learn how to identify potential risks to their organization’s products, services, and solutions, as well as their business processes and people. They will then develop and implement strategies to build resilience in each of these areas and evaluate the effectiveness of their resilience strategies.

The course will also cover crisis management, communication, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement as essential components of building and maintaining resilience. Participants will learn how to develop a crisis management plan and procedures, understand the role of communication in building resilience, promote diversity and inclusion in building resilience, and promote continuous improvement in building resilience. They will also explore the relationship between resilience and innovation and develop strategies to promote innovation while maintaining resilience.

The training will be conducted online through a learning management system (LMS) that enables participants to access course materials, videos, and assessments from anywhere with an internet connection. The trainer will use a combination of online lectures, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises to illustrate the concepts and principles covered in each module. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the trainer and other participants through virtual meetings and discussion forums.

Our Unique Training Methodology

The course uses a blended learning approach that combines self-paced online learning with live instructor-led sessions. The online learning materials are designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and techniques in business process analysis and modelling, while the live sessions offer an opportunity to interact with the instructor and other participants, ask questions, and discuss real-world case studies. The course also includes practical exercises and assessments to reinforce learning and ensure that participants have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge.

The training medium for this course will be both online and offline. The online component will be delivered through a learning management system (LMS), and participants will have access to course materials, quizzes, and the final project through the LMS. The offline component will consist of virtual instructor-led sessions, which will provide opportunities for participants to ask questions, discuss course materials, and engage in group activities. Participants will also have access to a discussion forum where they can interact with the instructor and other participants.

This training is versatile in its delivery. The training can be delivered as a full-fledged 40-hours training program or a 15- hours crash course covering 5 hours of content each day over 3 days 

We also accommodate a Weekend Course which will cover the 15- hours crash course over the weekend.
