Participants need to complete an assessment post-course completion so our mentors will get to know their understanding of the course. A mentor will also have interrogative conversations with participants and provide valuable feedback.

  • Apply the “Five Whys” method to a problem you recently encountered. Explain the root reason you found and how resolving it will affect the whole issue.
  • Describe a situation where you were under pressure to make a big decision. How did you use creative decision-making techniques to come up with the solution?
  • Discuss how prototyping helps to improve solutions. Give an illustration of how prototyping helped you test and refine a concept before putting it into practice.
  • Think back on how your emotional intelligence has improved after the training. How has your decision-making been affected by your increased emotional awareness?
  • How would you use the techniques you learnt in the workshop to stop or deal with groupthink when making important decisions?
